If you cancel your registration in writing by Saturday 31th May 2015, your fee will be returned less 25% to cover administrative expenses. After Saturday 1th June 2015, all registrants who cancel prior to the Conference or who do not attend the Conference forfeit their entire registration fee. Registrations are however transferable (see Substitution of Delegates Policy below). Should you have extenuating circumstances, you can submit your cancellation or substitution request to:sio@securemetric.com.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Payment should preferably be processed online by PAYPAL during the registration process.

Please note that payment by bank transfer is possible only until Sunday 5th June 2015. If your bank transfer is arranged after Sunday 21 June 2015, please send a copy of the transfer advice to sio@securemetric.com and bring your proof of payment to the Assisted Registration desk onsite.

It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to take care of visa requirements. Delegates who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Delegate registration details might be shared with the immigration authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, PKI Conference 2015 will not contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.

To receive an invitation letter for PKI Conference 2015, delegates must first register and pay the registration fees in full. They can then contact sio@securemetric.com to request an invitation letter.

If the delegate is not granted his/her visa, the registration fees will be reimbursed (less S$150 administrative fee) if, and only if, he/she provides sio@securemetric.com with an official document from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Malaysia, showing the visa rejection and that the application was made at least one month (Sunday 5th June 2015) before PKI Conference 2015.

In the event that PKI Conference 2015 is cancelled, delegates will be refunded the registration fee they’ve paid. Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the delegate.

PKI Conference 2015 is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some Conference activities. PKI Conference 2015 reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at PKI Conference 2015. We reserve the right to escort any individual from PKI Conference 2015 if they are reported to be soliciting in the Exhibition and are not an PKI Conference 2015 sponsor or exhibitor. We encourage attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. We also encourage you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor/exhibitor.
