Pitinan Kooarmornpatana is the Director of Infrastructure Office at Electronic Transactions Development Agency or ETDA . Before being the Director of ETDA, she was ETDA¡¯s Assistant Director of Research and Development responsible for leading the e-Certificate Project with Thai Bar Association for using legal document electronically; she also lead the research about the best practice for e-Service provider, e-timestamp, e-notary, and e-archive; She was also the lead auditor for electronic transition law and regulations compliance. . Her current responsibility as the are being the Certification Manager for Thailand National Root Certification Authority, Project manager for Trade Facilitation Service using e-Document and PKI Digital Signing infrastructure to support Thailand¡¯s Digital Economy Agenda and being the IT Advisor for Thai Government Advisory Committee in ICANN.
